Evidence Based Birth® Childbirth Class Registration
Classes are taught on Thursday evenings by Certified Evidence Based Birth Instructor,
LaKiesha Pham
Please note: The Evidence Based Birth® Childbirth Classes consist of 6 classes held once a week for a total of 6 weeks. Each class is roughly 2 hours. Classes will be taught through the Zoom website.

The ticket cost includes a non-refundable deposit of $100.00. The non-refundable deposit is due upon the submission of the enrollment form via PayPal, or Zelle. Your invoice will be emailed to you after you enroll. The remaining balance is due 10 days before the first class begins. You can pay earlier if you like. All payments are non-refundable on the date before the first class begins. All payments are non-refundable in the event that you give birth before the class series ends.
